In order for a private executor to be able to conduct proceedings, the parties to the proceedings must be individuals and/or legal entities under private law. and
The amount of the enforceable request in the enforceable document should not exceed 500,000 (five hundred thousand) GEL.
The private executor starts proceedings on the basis of the contract signed with the creditor, and the price of the service is determined based on the specifics of the case.

- Enforcement of court decisions on the decisions made on the imposition of money, both on unsecured claims and on claims secured by immovable and/or movable property.
- Court decisions on allocation of share of real or movable property.

Enforcement of decisions taken to secure a claim.

Decisions on revocation of immovable and/or movable property from illegal possession.

Execution of enforcement documents issued by the notary.

On the enforcement paper issued based on the recognition of debt and other agreements, where as a result of the agreement there is a monetary obligation, both secured and unsecured claims with immovable or movable property.

Enforcement of lien certificates issued by the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
