Certifying of refusal

A notarial act shall be performed only after submission of all documents required for the performance of the respective act.
The notary shall refuse to perform a notarial act if he has doubts about the authenticity of the submitted documents or their compliance with the legislation, or if the submitted documents are incomplete.
The document submitted to the notary shall be an original, or a notarized copy, or a copy certified by an authorized body.
A notarial action may not be performed on the basis of a document in which words, sentences and similar corrections have been erased, crossed out and/or crossed out (crossed out) and the said corrections are not specified. Documents drawn up in pencil shall also not be accepted.
