Certifying of refusal
- A notarial act shall be performed only after submission of all documents required for the performance of the respective act.
- The notary shall refuse to perform a notarial act if he has doubts about the authenticity of the submitted documents or their compliance with the legislation, or if the submitted documents are incomplete.
- The document submitted to the notary shall be an original, or a notarized copy, or a copy certified by an authorized body.
- A notarial action may not be performed on the basis of a document in which words, sentences and similar corrections have been erased, crossed out and/or crossed out (crossed out) and the said corrections are not specified. Documents drawn up in pencil shall also not be accepted.
