Certifying the application on getting the inheritance

The certification of the statement of acceptance (or receipt) of the inheritance is a notarial act in which the notary certifies the authenticity of the heir’s signature on the statement of acceptance of the inheritance or accepts the statement in writing in his presence. This is necessary to officially record the intention to enter the inheritance.
