Certifying the copy

The notary shall issue a copy, extract or certificate as soon as possible, but no later than three days after the request.
The notary shall be obliged to allow the authorized person to get acquainted with any act stored in the notarial archive, except for a will, the publication of which is not yet planned. The notary shall not have the right to refuse the person’s right to familiarize himself with the act stored in the notarial archive, if the document is supposed to be destroyed. In such a case, the notary shall be obliged to issue a copy of the document upon payment of the relevant fee.
