Enforcement
In order for a private executor to be able to conduct proceedings, the parties to the proceedings must be individuals and/or legal entities under private law. and
The amount of the enforceable request in the enforceable document should not exceed 500,000 (five hundred thousand) GEL.
The private executor starts proceedings on the basis of the contract signed with the creditor, and the price of the service is determined based on the specifics of the case.
