  • To start a business in Georgia, it is obligatory to translate the passport in Georgian language and notarized the translation.


Choose the legal form of your entity (Individual Entrepreneur, LP, LTD JSC or Cooperation);

  • Prepare the Founding agreement and Charter of the company in Georgian Language.

  • Register Founding agreement and Charter in Public Register.
